Master Trainer Programme
CHU and English Total Immersion (ETI) have proudly celebrated the success of their ongoing Master Trainer programme, which supports lecturers across the university sector in achieving international accreditation with Trinity College London.
Launched in late 2023, the programme offers a structured path from co-developing training materials to delivering EMI workshops under expert guidance. Participants co-facilitate CERT PT-aligned sessions and receive in-depth mentoring and feedback from accredited Trinity College London trainers.
The trainers-in-training praised the programme’s interactive approach, practical feedback, and strong sense of community: “It turned academic theory into something dynamic and practical — and the support was always just a message away,” said one programme participant.
All trainees undergo developmental observations and gain valuable insight through collaborative feedback. Many are now formally recognised as Trinity College London Master Trainers and continue to co-lead EMI-focused initiatives across Taiwan.
This marks a significant step in strengthening CHU’s commitment to high-impact EMI training with ETI and Trinity providing continued support for future professional growth.
